It's common knowledge that genei jin is a huge factor [THE factor] when determining whether Yun is top tier or not, due to the short bar + high damage potential + fear factor + etc etc. Chun has a high damage super, several hit confirmable normals [late cancels in general] and high priority normals that simply dominate the ground. Chun and Yun are the top of the characters. Long reply over. The end. P.S. Go eat a dick, you dumb shit. :]

Vega = Original name of Dictator, who is now M Bison, which was the original name of Boxer, who is now M Bison. M Bison was changed from being Boxer's name due to fear of copyright infringement of Mike Tyson. I don't know quite what you're tring to tell me in your post, though >_>

the whole thing about fighting games is controlling space. if fireballs were not spammed then its pretty much letting the opponent move with no risk. granted at times these types of matches might seem boring, i love seeing the battle of who controls their space better. if coming up with a strategy for avoiding fireballs is too much for you then you probably arent cut out for this game. (im a smash player trying to get into the sf scene, vids like this are awesome :]
